On Veterans Day 2021, the Borough of Roselle honored William “Bill” Frolich Jr. — beloved local historian and longtime treasurer of the Union County Historical Society — by designating a block of East 8th Avenue as William “Bill” Frolich Jr. Way.
Bill was known for his dedication to documenting the history of Roselle and inspiring future generations to value local heritage. The event, held on November 11, was attended by family, town officials, veterans, and members of both the Roselle and Union County Historical Societies. The tribute is also featured in Issue #163 of the UCHS Newsletter.
