Project Description
Dean Poulsen presented a moving program titled Music from World War I during the Union County Historical Society’s 2016 calendar of events. As documented in Newsletter Issue #130, the event featured not only Poulsen’s exploration of wartime music but also additional moments of recognition. Rich Rosenthal, President of the North Jersey Civil War Round Table, delivered an insightful presentation titled The Precedents of the President – George Washington and the Startup of the Executive Office, while longtime supporter Louise Engstrom was honored by UCHS President Charles Shallcross for her years of dedicated service to the Society.
