The Union County Historical Society (UCHS) newsletter archive preserves more than a decade of research, stories, and updates documenting the people, landmarks, and events that shaped Union County, New Jersey.
Each issue offers a glimpse into ongoing preservation work, educational programs, and discoveries from the region’s rich past—from Revolutionary War studies and local archaeology to modern restoration projects and community achievements.

Our longtime friend and Society Treasurer, Bill Frolich, sadly passed away on September 30th 2021. He was 101 years old, a 45-year member of UCHS, and the writer/editor of our Newsletter. Bill and his extraordinary knowledge of Union County history will be greatly missed.
